The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in front-end development and database management, capable of handling both client-side and server-side programming. The developer will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. The Full Stack Developer at MHS Dev is expected to manage the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design through testing and deployment. While this position does not involve managing a team, collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. The candidate must stay current with emerging technologies and apply best practices to improve overall development processes.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Design, implement, and optimize database structures for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Build robust server-side logic ensuring high responsiveness and performance.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather and analyze requirements.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards.
Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure software meets quality standards.
Deploy applications to staging and production environments, managing releases effectively.
Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to innovate and improve development practices.
Ensure security best practices are followed in application development and data management.
