MHS Dev is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a minimum of three years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, enabling them to create seamless and efficient web applications. This role requires the ability to handle the full spectrum of software development, including designing user interfaces, developing server-side logic, and integrating APIs for smooth functionality. The Full Stack Developer will contribute independently without team management responsibilities but will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs. In this position, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical foundation of our projects by architecting scalable systems and maintaining robust application performance. Your ability to work across multiple frameworks and technologies ensures a cohesive development process from concept to deployment. Emphasis will be placed on writing clean, maintainable code and ensuring compatibility across platforms. The developer will also stay current with industry trends and recommend enhancements to elevate the user experience and system reliability at MHS Dev.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain frontend components using best practices to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
Build and optimize backend services and APIs, ensuring efficient data processing and integration across systems.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Implement and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and testing procedures to guarantee code quality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to maintain optimal performance and user experience.
Write clear and comprehensive documentation for codebases, APIs, and processes to assist future development efforts.
Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on new technologies and tools relevant to full stack development.
Ensure security best practices are followed across both frontend and backend components to protect data and application integrity.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability to handle increasing user demand effectively.
Support deployment processes and participate in the maintenance of the development environment.
