The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft .Net Framework, C# Programming, Asp.Net Core, Entity Framework, Web Api Development, and Sql Server. As a Dot Net Developer at MHS Dev, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications, ensuring their performance, reliability, and scalability. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can collaborate effectively with other developers and project stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs. The position focuses on hands-on development tasks without requiring team management responsibilities. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, participate in code reviews, and continuously improve application functionality. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Microsoft .Net Framework and related technologies.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in C# following best practices and coding standards.
Develop robust web applications using Asp.Net Core to ensure high performance and security.
Implement data access layers and manage database interactions using Entity Framework and Sql Server.
Create and maintain Web APIs to support application integration with other systems.
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to gather and analyze requirements.
Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify and fix bugs and performance issues.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers for improving code quality.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into development processes.
Create and maintain technical documentation to facilitate future maintenance and development.
Ensure compliance with security policies and protect application data integrity.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Support deployment and post-release monitoring activities to ensure smooth application delivery.
