MHS Dev is seeking a skilled Back End Developer with at least three years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will specialize in API development and database management, ensuring seamless integration and robust backend functionality that supports scalable and high-performing applications. This role involves working closely with front-end developers and other stakeholders to deliver efficient, secure, and well-structured back-end services. As a Back End Developer at MHS Dev, you will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining server-side logic, database schemas, and APIs. Although this position does not involve managing a team, collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams are essential to deliver outstanding software solutions that meet business and user needs. Your expertise will help maintain database security, optimize application performance, and enhance system reliability.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable server-side applications and APIs.
Manage and optimize databases to ensure high performance and reliability.
Collaborate with front-end developers and stakeholders to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Ensure the security and data protection of backend services.
Identify and troubleshoot system issues, implementing timely fixes and improvements.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and promote knowledge sharing.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of backend architecture and development processes.
Work on performance tuning, caching, and scalability improvements.
Stay updated with the latest backend technologies and trends to apply innovative solutions.
