Senior Software Engineer

MHHS Ttech is seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer with a minimum of four years of experience to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle and version control systems. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and optimizing software solutions while adhering to best practices in software engineering. The Senior Software Engineer will work independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality products that meet company standards and client requirements. This position does not involve managing a team but requires excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively contribute to project goals.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications following industry best practices and company guidelines.
Participate actively in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Utilize version control systems effectively to manage and maintain codebase integrity and support collaborative development efforts.
Analyze and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner to ensure stable and efficient application functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, quality assurance, and operations to deliver seamless software solutions.
Document software designs, coding standards, and other technical specifications to maintain transparency and facilitate future maintenance.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas to projects.
Adhere to organizational policies and standards, ensuring compliance with software security and quality requirements.
Assist in evaluating new tools and technologies to improve development workflows and product quality.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide regular progress updates.
