Crescent Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dedicated Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will actively contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of high-quality web applications and software solutions. You will apply your expertise in programming languages and system design to build efficient, scalable, and reliable systems. This position requires a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and proficiency in key technologies including JavaScript, Python, SQL, REST APIs, and version control systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhance existing products, ensuring robust functionality and superior user experience. While this role does not involve managing a team, it demands strong communication skills and the ability to effectively share technical knowledge through code reviews and documentation. The ideal candidate is eager to learn additional coding languages and adapt to new technologies to continually improve software development practices at Crescent Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using JavaScript, Python, and other relevant technologies.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows best industry practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Conduct thorough unit testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and functionality of software components.
Perform code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the development team.
Utilize version control tools such as Git to manage codebase and facilitate collaboration.
Design system architecture and contribute to the development of REST APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications.
Work with SQL databases to design data schema, write queries, and optimize performance.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and demonstrate interest in learning new programming languages as needed.
Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to share technical concepts and project updates clearly.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and performance issues.
Adhere to Agile Methodologies to ensure timely and iterative delivery of software projects.
