Crescent Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking a talented Data Analyst with at least one year of experience to join their analytical team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline and demonstrates the ability to independently extract, clean, and interpret large datasets. This role requires proficiency in generating actionable business insights that support data-driven decision-making. Candidates must be skilled in employing data visualization techniques and statistical analysis to uncover patterns and trends relevant to the company's objectives. In addition to technical skills, the Data Analyst effectively builds dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to communicate complex data in a compelling way. The position demands clear and concise communication of findings to stakeholders who may not have a technical background, ensuring that insights are accessible and impactful. Though this role does not involve managing a team, it requires strong collaboration with cross-functional groups to drive understanding and implementation of analytical results.
Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources to ensure data quality and reliability.
Perform comprehensive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within data.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for business units and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with different departments to understand data requirements and support business objectives through analysis.
Monitor key performance indicators and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies using data.
Identify opportunities for process improvements through data-driven recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in data analytics and visualization.
Ensure data governance and compliance standards are upheld during data handling and reporting.
