Computer House is seeking a highly skilled Laravel Developer with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the Laravel framework. Your expertise will drive the creation of scalable, secure, and efficient backend services following best practices in MVC architecture and RESTful API development. You will lead and manage a team of 3 developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality code delivery while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. As a Laravel Developer at Computer House, your deep knowledge of Eloquent ORM and version control using Git will be critical in optimizing data interaction and maintaining seamless code integration across deployments. You will be responsible for analyzing requirements, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving application performance. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 3 developers, providing technical support, mentoring, and performance reviews.
Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using the Laravel framework and MVC architectural patterns.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
Utilize Eloquent ORM for efficient database operations and optimize data queries to improve application performance.
Implement version control strategies using Git for code management, branching, and deployment.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of features.
Analyze application requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, enforce standards, and share best practices within the team.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
Stay updated with the latest Laravel updates and industry trends, continuously enhancing skills and applying new techniques.
Document development processes, architecture, and configurations to facilitate future maintenance and upgrades.
Ensure security best practices are implemented to protect data integrity and prevent unauthorized access.
Plan and coordinate deployment schedules to minimize downtime and ensure smooth releases.
